Ensuring a transparent, fair, and supportive academic and administrative environment.
At Champaran College of Professional Education, we believe that a harmonious educational environment is crucial for effective learning and institutional growth. The Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted as a statutory body to provide a secure and highly confidential platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns.
The committee operates with absolute impartiality, ensuring that every complaint is heard and resolved promptly in accordance with the regulatory guidelines set forth by higher education authorities. We actively encourage our campus community to express their grievances freely and without any fear of victimization.
The committee is authorized to look into and resolve complaints related to the following areas:
Issues related to timely issue of duplicate mark sheets, transfer certificates, conduct certificates, examination discrepancies, or classroom instruction quality.
Disputes related to fee payment, discrepancies in fee demands, scholarship distribution issues, or delays in legitimate fee refunds.
Complaints concerning the provision of basic amenities like drinking water, campus sanitation, library services, and transport facilities.
Conflicts involving alleged discrimination, unfair treatment by staff or peers, and general behavioral grievances.
The Grievance Redressal process follows a structured and time-bound mechanism to ensure maximum efficiency:
