About IQAC

At Champaran College of Professional Education (CCPEUS), the pursuit of excellence is a continuous journey. To maintain and elevate the standards of higher education, the college has established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The IQAC serves as the central hub for driving quality enhancement initiatives, ensuring that the institution's academic and administrative practices align with the highest national standards.

The primary purpose of the IQAC is to develop a robust system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action aimed at improving the overall performance of the college. It plays an essential role in institutionalizing quality assurance strategies and processes.

Primary Objectives

• To develop and implement a system for qualitative improvement in academic and administrative workflows.
• To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through the internalization of quality culture.
• To ensure the integration of modern, innovative methods of teaching, learning, and evaluation.
• To ensure the adequacy, maintenance, and proper allocation of support structures and campus services.

Key Functions & Strategies

The IQAC operates cross-functionally across the campus to achieve its objectives. Its core functions include:

• Setting Benchmarks: Development and application of quality benchmarks and parameters for various academic and administrative activities.
• Learner-Centric Environment: Facilitating the creation of a supportive educational environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation.
• Feedback Collection: Systematic collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, alumni, and employers on quality-related institutional processes.
• Knowledge Dissemination: Organizing inter- and intra-institutional workshops, seminars, and quality-related academic programs.
• Documentation: Meticulous documentation of the various programs and activities leading to quality improvement.

IQAC Composition Framework

The IQAC committee is constituted under the chairmanship of the Principal, assisted by a dedicated Coordinator, and comprises key stakeholders.
