Reservation Policy for Admissions (BCA & BBA)
Champaran College of Professional Education (CCPEUS) strictly adheres to the reservation policy mandated by the Government of Bihar and/or the respective Affiliating University (if applicable), as per the rules and regulations in force at the time of admission.
The reservation of seats for admission to the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs is generally implemented across the following categories:

Important Guidelines and Documentation
- Validity of Certificates: Candidates seeking admission under a reserved category must produce a valid, up-to-date certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Bihar/India at the time of admission.
- Non-Creamy Layer: OBC candidates must ensure their certificate clearly specifies the 'Non-Creamy Layer' status, and it must be issued within the stipulated time frame by the authorized officer.
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): A minimum percentage of seats (typically 5%) is reserved horizontally for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), provided they produce a valid disability certificate.
- Change in Policy: The College reserves the right to implement any changes in the reservation policy as notified by the State Government or the Affiliating Body from time to time.
- Admission Notice: All applicants are strongly advised to refer to the official Admission Notification or Prospectus for the specific academic year to confirm the exact seat matrix and latest reservation percentages.
