The First Appellate Authority (FAA) hears appeals from individuals who are dissatisfied with the decision of the Public Information Officer.

How to File an RTI Request
- The request must be submitted in writing (English or Hindi) to the Public Information Officer (PIO) of CCPEUS.
- The application must clearly specify the information sought and provide complete contact details of the applicant.
- A prescribed fee (as per State/Central Government rules) must accompany the application.
- The PIO will endeavor to furnish the information within 30 days of the receipt of the request.
